General Questions

What is the status of my order?

The status of your order is confirmed as soon as you complete your payment. Since all our products are available digitally, there is no shipping involved, you can immediately download, or listen, to your purchase.

Can I change my order?

To change your order, you must contact CommandEleven, prior to downloading your purchase, and inform us of the mistake. We will then cancel the existing order and send you a link to the item that you actually required.

Where do you ship?

We do not ship at all. All our products are available via a digital download immediately after payment is completed and processed. The purchase also remains in your account, if you wish to download it again.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

CommandEleven accepts all major credit cards, and bank transfer (please contact for bank information). Because we are based in Pakistan, we are not able to accept PayPal or Stripe as payment methods.

Which currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in United States Dollars.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We do offer multiple payments, but those are only if you are purchasing single digital products. If you are attempting to pay for the same product more than once, we do not accept another payment. Instead, we send you an email with a link to your previous purchase so that you can download it again.

In the case of digital subscriptions for content, podcasts or videocasts, we do accept multiple payments because they are either monthly, quarterly or annual payments.

Shipping and Returns

As we previously stated, CommandEleven does not ship products anywhere. All of our products are available online as soon as you make payment and the payment is processed in our bank.
